  • Create Project Plan with key Milestones
PHASE 4: IMPLEMENTATION

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

  • Iterations based engineering process
  • Continuous Integration with Automation first QA
  • Demo to Project Stakeholders on agreed Schedule
  • Continuous Change Management
PHASE 5: VERIFICATION

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

  • Ensure solution meet Acceptance Criteria
  • Ensure solution meet Non-Functional Requirements
  • Trainings for End-Users and Support personnel
PHASE 6: MAINTENANCE

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

  • Maintaining continuous functioning
  • Delivering critical changes required
  • Updating/upgrading to newer versions
  • Providing Support Services (dedicated agreement)
